Cassie Sarfati, Master of Social Work Intern and Clinical Social Work Intern

My approach is collaborative, client-led, and grounded in the belief that wellness should be expansive, inclusive, and—most importantly—yours. I work with young adults, adults, couples, families, and executives exploring a wide range of mental health challenges, transitions, trauma healing, family dynamics, and professional growth. I’m passionate about women and GNC/LGBTQIA+ wellness, and curious about the overlaps between neurodivergence, complex trauma, and chronic illness. I once led global growth product marketing at Tinder and HER apps. Now, I'm excited to advocate for real human connection that deeply supports people's lives.

I’m a therapist-in-training who has learned through lived experiences that discomfort is the conduit to growth. The ability to step out of your comfort zone can only come in spaces of emotional safety. My goal is to create that healing, supportive space for you. I also offer meetings in parks and Millcreek Canyon for nature walking and/or sitting sessions.

Starting any relationship creates vulnerability. I will meet you with empathy, respect, and patience. I look forward to joining you on your courageous journey of self-love.

On a personal note, when my wife and I are not loving on the 9 heartbeats that comprise our home, you’ll find us reading, in the mountains, and/or at the water’s edge.
