THERAPY SPACE
Sometimes, clients can feel fear about entering someone else's space, like the therapist office. Here, we have a space to foster the most comfortable and safe experience, where we can consider meeting amongst various decorated offices. You are not coming to a therapist’s office. You are coming to a space to nourish your mind, body, heart, and soul.
Amount of sessions varies based on person, circumstances, diagnoses, goals being worked on, models being used, etc. Common time frames for people are to participate in therapy at the frequency of weekly or biweekly, for anywhere between 10-40 sessions per year
*refers to the way that the clinical team at Emerge Counseling Services works with clients. The priority is to support as many people as we can, so instead of a rigid price point per session, we work with clients to accommodate their financial circumstances. Also, this price spectrum, sometimes called a sliding scale, is also influenced by whether the therapist is an Intern Therapist, an Associate Therapist, or a Licensed Therapist.
LOOKING AT OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS TO POTENTIALLY REIMBURSE YOU?
We work with a company to support the process for out-of-network billing. This means that you would pay for your session fees, and then after each session, this company would send your insurance company an invoice informing them of the charge and service. Based on your insurance company and policy, you might be able to be reimbursed between 30-85% per session
No Surprises Act

Here is an outline of potential costs for therapy with Licensed Therapists:
Individual therapy: $100-$200/per session*
Couples therapy: $100-$200/per session*
Family Therapy: $100-$200/per session*
Group Therapy: $25-$50/per group session*
Classes: $100-$200/per class*
Here is an outline of potential costs for therapy with Intern and Associate Therapists:
Emerge Counseling Services cares significantly about providing services to a large amount of the community and making sure that the limitation or absence of funds does not always inhibit mental health support.
$50 - $100 for any session (Individual, Couples, Family). This is based on the client's financial circumstances, decided by the client.
$25 - $35 for any Group session. This is based on the client's financial circumstances, decided by the client.
*If someone is unable to cover the cost of $50-$100 for session,
they can reach out and apply for reduced to no fee (limited to availability)
